About Fred's Hickory Inn

Fred's Hickory Inn was started with the idea that "If we can serve quality food, offer good service and provide a comfortable atmosphere... people will dine with us."

Fred's is a family run organization with great pride and serves outstanding hickory smoked pit barbecue meals. Our menu includes hand-cut steak, smoke meats, shrimp, pastas, and homemade desserts. Sherry runs the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while Kip runs their cattle and farm operation on the edge of Oklahoma. Today with loving support from their family, a true understanding of customer service by their longtime staff, and gentle input from Lou herself, the Mendenhalls lead Fred's Hickory Inn into the next generation.
