About Us

The George Billingsley Northwest Arkansas Razorback Club is a non-profit chapter of the Razorback Foundation supporting University of Arkansas men’s and women’s athletics.

The club is named after former prominent local businessman and staunch Razorback and University of Arkansas supporter George Billingsley, who initially founded the club in the 1960’s. Club membership consists of over 1,100 households throughout the Northwest Arkansas area, from Fayetteville to Bella Vista, Gravette to Eureka Springs.

Numerous club events are held during the year to raise funds for the Razorback Foundation, including banquets featuring various University of Arkansas coaches, an annual golf scramble and networking functions throughout the area.

Annual club membership fee is $10 per member or membership in the Razorback Foundation (www.razorbackfoundation.net) also covers this local club fee.

Club Donates $33,000.00 in 2008

2008 club donations include:

• $15,000.00 to the Razorback Football program
• $5,000.00 to the Razorback Men's Basketball program 
• $5,000.00 to the Razorback Baseball program
• $5,000.00 to the various Razorback Olympic Sports programs, which include all Women's Athletics and Men's Track/Cross Country, Golf and Tennis
• $1,000.00 to the Razorback Men's Track & Field/Cross Country, in the name of former Coach John McDonnell
• $1,000.00 to Pel's Pals - Coach John Pelphrey's Foundation
• $1,000.00 to Bentonville High School (for use of their facilities for some club events) - for a BHS athlete who follows an academic path at the U of A
